There’s so much information out there about tea that it can be somewhat overwhelming. You might also find some people who believe there is only one right way to do it, and that loving tea is all or nothing, the right way or the highway. At Tea Horse, we don’t feel elitist about tea - there are obviously differing levels of quality and we constantly strive to offer you the best quality possible - but we want people to enjoy tea and to share in our enthusiasm for it, not feel put off by rules or language.
So we’ve tried to pull together what we believe to be true, into simple, concise and unpretentious bite-sized chunks for you to peruse.
