Taster boxes are posted on 26th of each month.
The following information applies to UK orders.
All subscriptions purchased before the cut-off date of 23rd of each month shall be posted out on 26th of the same month. The postal date for all subscriptions remains the same each month.
Any orders received for subscriptions after 23rd of the month will be sent out in the next month’s delivery. For example, if you place an order on 25th March, your first box with be posted out on 26th April. This is to ensure that we have sufficient time to fulfil all orders before the posting deadline.
Any orders from the shop will be dispatched within 48 hours.
All tea orders within the UK will be posted via First Class Royal Mail and should arrive to you within 2-3 days of postage. Accessories will be delivered by next day courier. Delays may occur after posting that Tea Horse is not responsible for.
If you would like to receive your order sooner, please get in touch with Tea Horse via email@example.com and we will endeavour to meet your needs.
Non-subscription based orders from our shop should be despatched within two business days of ordering. If an item is out of stock and we are unable to despatch within five business days, we will advise you by email as soon as possible after receipt of your order and offer you a full refund or partial shipment of your order.
The cost of delivery to the UK for all subscription orders is free of charge. UK delivery costs for all other items is based on weight and delivery charges and are as follows:

Although our system is not yet set up for it, we are very happy to accept orders for international delivery for either subscriptions or shop orders - we simply need to arrange individual agreement of delivery costs. Royal Mail aims to deliver to Western European destinations within three working days, eastern Europe within five days, major cities worldwide within five days and other destinations within seven.
Airsure® can be up to one day faster than Airmail. Your item will receive priority handling at home and overseas and benefits from an online tracking facility so you can check your mail’s progress along the way.
Airsure® costs just £5.30 for non-EU and rest of the world destinations in addition to the Airmail postage price for your item.
Please note that prices shown in currencies other than GBP are indicative values based on exchange rates that are updated weekly. All transactions on the Website are processed in GBP.
When ordering goods for delivery outside the UK, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of the importing country and for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges.
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the pricing and availability information on the Website, there may be occasions when these are not up to date and we reserve the right to change them without notice.
Postage is calculated according the weight of the order and the destination. We try to ensure that this is current and accurate for the destination but reserve the right to amend if necessary.
VAT is not charged on subscriptions or any tea items. Non-tea items are charged at the standard rate, currently 20%.
Should any item you purchase from this site fail to meet your complete approval please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund of the item’s cost excluding postage costs.
In addition, customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days.
If you use the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.

Tea Horse reserves the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate accounts, remove or edit Content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
